BRENDAN MCKENNA MANAGING DIRECTOR
Brendan joined ProDreamUSA as Managing Director in January 2018. A talented junior golfer as a member of Cowglen GC, he represented Glasgow county and was awarded a golf scholarship to Clayton State University in 2003, competing in the NCAA Division II Peach Belt Conference, and majoring in Political Science.
On his return to Scotland, Brendan utilized his experience of US college life to start his career with one of the multi-sports scholarship consultancies on 2007, before moving into professional recruitment, working initially for a global firm then onto a leading independent Scottish recruitment consultancy.
He is hugely passionate about the game of golf and well connected within the industry, while still trying to compete as a plus-handicap golfer as often as he is permitted!
ALYSSA HENDERSON
CLIENT SUPPORT MANAGER
Alyssa was a golf scholar at Newman University in Wichita, Kansas where she studied Business Management, competing for the team in the NCAA Super Regional 4 Championship. She was a 4-year letter year and a former Newman University athlete of the week. She was part of the Campus Activities Board and Event Assistant during her time at Newman, graduating in 2013.

A talented county player, she has competed for both Northumberland Ladies and East Lothian Ladies on either side of the border.

Prior to joining ProDreamUSA, she was the Business Development Manager at The Renaissance Club, venue for the ASI Scottish Open and Ladies Scottish Open, before moving to the role as Events Manager at Archerfield Walled Garden.
JENNY POTTER
CLIENT SUPPORT MANAGER
Jenny Potter is Client Support Manager, dedicated to making every family’s journey through the US Golf Scholarship recruitment process smooth, simple, and stress-free. As a qualified PGA Professional with broad experience across the golf industry, Jenny combines her passion for the sport with a strong focus on client success. From managing onboarding and keeping every detail on track to answering questions along the way, she ensures clients feel confident, prepared and fully supported at every step.
GRAEME CROSS
DIRECTOR OF RECRUITMENT
Graeme grew up in Scotland and has played golf since the age of eight. Like many young golfers with big ambitions, he dreamed of playing college golf in the United States and one day turning professional. Growing up in the late 1990s, however, there were no specialist agencies like ProDream USA to help guide players and their families through the process, and the pathway to US college golf often felt out of reach.

While building a successful 23-year career in sales and commercial leadership, Graeme continued to pursue his passion for the game, competing at an elite amateur over the last 15 years. His own experiences as a competitive golfer, combined with his professional background, give him a genuine understanding of both the opportunities and challenges young players face.
As Director of Recruitment at ProDream USA, Graeme is passionate about helping young golfers access opportunities that simply weren't available to him and many others of his generation. Looking ahead, he also plans to complete his PGA qualification, further developing his knowledge and ability to support young players as they progress through their golfing journeys.
JACK MADDEN
TALENT MANAGER, IRELAND & EUROPE
Jack is a professional golfer from Belfast, Northern Ireland, who has spent the past three years playing golf full-time. He has competed at provincial and national level, as well as at NCAA Division I college level in the United States, and most recently competed professionally on the HotelPlanner Tour.
Jack personally used ProdreamUSA to make his own college golf journey possible, giving him first-hand experience of the opportunities and support the organisation provides to aspiring student-athletes. Now, as a Talent Scout for ProdreamUSA, Jack is passionate about helping the next generation of golfers follow a similar path.
Drawing on his experience as a student-athlete, professional golfer and ProdreamUSA player, Jack helps identify talented golfers and guide them towards the right college opportunities in America, while supporting them throughout the process both on and off the course.
TILLY KEDZLIE
TALENT MANAGER, GIRLS GOLF
Tilly Kedzlie brings a wealth of experience and a real passion for developing the next generation of female golfers. She began her golfing journey in Lincolnshire, enjoying a successful junior career before progressing to the ladies’ team and representing the East Midlands in the England Regional Team.
In 2019, Tilly took her golf to the USA, joining Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where she experienced college golf at the highest level. Her time in the States gave her not only invaluable golfing experience, but also lifelong friendships and memories that continue to inspire her.
Now, as Talent Manager, Girls Golf, Tilly is passionate about helping young players discover the opportunities available to them and, where possible, experience the same life-changing benefits of college golf that she enjoyed herself.
